Hi Everyone - this 1st blog is coming from Kathy!

Yes - I hijacked the website which is overdue for an update. I beg your patience.

We are in a period of steady, guided growth at Ambiance.

Maysa & Sam have owned and created a beautiful evolution in this local

gem of a boutique shop in St John. I'm so grateful for it's presence.

While acknowledging the need to grow for SJ and the surrounding communities their vision is to stay true to the roots of Ambiance as well. We can do both.

I moved here some years ago, they'd been in business a short time. The folks whose home my husband & I bought had some lovely interior design pieces, naturally I asked about them and was given directions to AMBIANCE!

I shopped..and shopped..and well...shopped some more.

Maysa & Sam both have a tremendous eye for great merchandise, florals, interior design and as you may all know in the past few years: clothing and jewelry.

Fast forward to 2026, I retired 18 months ago and Maysa asked me to join them at the store & behind the keyboard, so I did in late March. I'm truly enjoying meeting all of you and the creative vibes generated when you all come in the front door.

I can safely speak on behalf of Maysa & Sam in saying we appreciate your loyalty, referrals and smiling faces everyday. We love working with all of you to design your homes, wardrobes, pick out gifts and of course have a lot of laughs, hugs and making great friends.

We will continue as we grow to be a "Lifestyle Boutique" with our customers at the forefront.

Customer service is important to us - we want you to know you are special & appreciated.

Our next big event is Monday June 29th from noon - 6pm. It is a Brighton Open House.

jewelry, shoes, handbags and more (Baklava?) will have to check in with Sam on that one but there will be food & beverages.
